Last reviewed: 26 August 2026.
Use of this website
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of this website. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful business and professional purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website or other users.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website.
Separate engagement terms
Information submitted through this website, by email, or during a consultation request does not create a client relationship, mandate, commitment, funding approval or obligation on MTG to provide services.
Any service engagement is subject to separate written terms, due diligence, client acceptance, scope confirmation, fee terms and any applicable compliance checks.
No financial, legal, tax or investment advice
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, securities, banking, payment, insurance, accounting or other regulated advice.
You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision based on information from this website.
Non-bank status
MTG is a non-bank financial consultancy and facilitation company. MTG does not issue financial instruments in its own name, does not accept deposits, does not manage client money and does not provide banking services.
Where this website refers to Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Performance Guarantees, Documentary Collections or similar instruments, those instruments are issued by banks or other authorised financial institutions, not by MTG.
Service suitability
MTG's services are intended for corporate and professional clients, not retail persons. MTG may decline an enquiry or engagement where the request is outside its scope, does not satisfy due diligence requirements, or is not suitable for the requested service pathway.
For trade or structured-finance transactions, MTG's stated minimum engagement size is USD 500,000.00 or equivalent unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, graphics, interface concepts, page layouts, icons, logos and other website materials are owned by MTG or its licensors.
You may view and download reasonable extracts for internal business evaluation, but you may not copy, adapt, republish, scrape, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit website content without MTG's prior written consent.
Accuracy and availability
MTG makes reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.
MTG may update, suspend, withdraw or change website content at any time without notice.
Third-party links and providers
This website may contain links to third-party websites or may rely on third-party systems for hosting, forms, analytics, security or other functionality. MTG is not responsible for third-party content, practices or availability.
Use of third-party websites or services may be subject to their own terms, privacy notices and cookie practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTG is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or business-interruption losses arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any service engagement with MTG may include separate written governing-law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms.
